Who We Are
JM Transportation Services was built around a simple idea: people in Los Angeles deserve dependable ground transportation they can actually count on. Whether you’re heading to [LAX] for a 6 a.m. departure, getting to a business meeting in Century City, or arriving at LAX and need a driver waiting for you we’re here.
We’re a small company, and we’re proud of that. Small means you’re not a ticket number. Small means when you call, someone picks up and actually helps you. Small means our drivers know LA the freeways, the shortcuts, the hotels, the terminals because this is their city too.
Our company is licensed by the California Public Utilities Commission under TCP42287-B. That’s our Transportation Charter-Party carrier license, and it matters. It means we’re legally authorized to provide prearranged passenger transportation in California, that our drivers meet state requirements, and that we operate as a commercial carrier not just someone with a car and an app. That distinction matters more than most clients realize.
The Mission
Our mission isn’t complicated. We want you to get where you’re going on time, comfortably, without stress, and at a price you knew before you got in the car. That’s it.
No surge pricing. No algorithms deciding you should pay three times more because it’s raining. No wondering if your driver actually knows how to get to Terminal 7. You book, we confirm, your driver shows up clean car, professional attitude, on time.
We’ve built our business on repeat clients and word-of-mouth. That only works if we consistently deliver. So that’s what we focus on.
What Makes Us Different
Transparen pricing
Our rates are flat. $100 base rate plus $4 per mile. Hourly service is $85 per hour with a 5-hour minimum. You know the cost before you book. We don't add fuel surcharges, airport fees, or surge multipliers after the fact.
24/7 availability.

Bilingual service
We serve clients in both English and Spanish. For a city like Los Angeles, that's not a feature it's just the right way to operate. A significant portion of the LA business community conducts business in Spanish, and our clients deserve to communicate in the language they're most comfortable with.
Multiple payment options
We accept cash, all major credit and debit cards, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, and PayPal. Corporate clients can arrange monthly invoicing.
