How early should I leave Irvine to make a 9 a.m. flight?
For a 9 a.m. flight, we recommend a pickup no later than 6:30 a.m. from Irvine. This gives you time for the roughly 45-mile drive, allows for moderate morning traffic, and provides a buffer for LAX security.
Do you serve additional OC cities — Dana Point, San Clemente, Laguna Beach?
Yes. We serve all Orange County cities. Southern OC cities add additional mileage — fares from these locations will be higher than from Irvine or Anaheim. Call for a quote specific to your city.
Is the 405 always the best route from OC to LAX?
It’s the most direct, but not always the fastest. From inland locations like Anaheim, the I-5 to I-405 is often cleaner. Our drivers select routes based on real-time conditions, not a fixed path.
What if there's an accident on the 405 and we're running late?
We communicate with you immediately if we anticipate a delay. Our drivers will take alternative routes to recover time where possible. If traffic creates a delay outside our control, we’ll notify you so you can contact your airline if necessary.
Can I book a round trip — LAX to OC and back?
Yes. Many clients prefer to book both legs when they book the initial transfer. Round-trip rates are simply double the one-way fare.
