Your wedding day has a hundred moving pieces. The flowers, the food, the vows, the family who flew in from out of town. You’ve spent months coordinating every detail and then there’s the question of how everyone actually gets from place to place.
Transportation on your wedding day isn’t glamorous to plan, but it’s one of the things that can unravel everything else if it doesn’t go right. A late vehicle means a late ceremony start. A guest stranded at a hotel means they miss the cocktail hour. A bride who’s already stressed doesn’t need to be texting an Uber driver about directions to the venue.
This is why professional wedding transportation exists and why it matters to choose a company that understands what the day actually demands.
At JM Transportation Services, we’ve handled wedding logistics across Los Angeles. We know the venues, we know the traffic patterns, and we know what reliable means when it’s non-negotiable.
Wedding transportation is a coordinated experience across multiple locations, timelines, and guests — designed to keep everything seamless, elegant, and stress-free.
Your entrance matters. Whether arriving from a hotel suite or departing to the reception, your transportation should feel private, polished, and worthy of the occasion.
Bridesmaids and groomsmen often need to move between locations on a tight schedule. We help coordinate those movements without delays, confusion, or parking stress.
Parents, grandparents, and close family members should never have to think about logistics. We make sure they arrive comfortably and on time.
Airport pickups, hotel transfers, and return rides after the reception help create a much more thoughtful and elevated guest experience in Los Angeles.
The typical wedding transportation sequence unfolds in carefully timed stages, helping the day feel calm, organized, and seamless from the first pickup to the final return.
If the bride or groom is getting ready at a hotel or suite separate from the venue, we coordinate pickup from those locations. This is often when a quiet, comfortable ride matters most — before the ceremony, when nerves are present and calm is valuable.
For traditional ceremonies held at a church before the reception venue, we handle the transport between locations. Timing here is synchronized with the wedding coordinator to ensure the couple and wedding party arrive together and on schedule.
We stage vehicles at the reception venue for the couple’s departure — whether that’s a dramatic exit at the end of the night or an early departure to a hotel suite. We also coordinate late-night returns for guests when the reception wraps.
For guests staying at a hotel block, we can run shuttle-style point-to-point service — but with private vehicles, not a crowded shuttle bus. Each vehicle accommodates up to 6 passengers, allowing for smaller, more comfortable groups.
Most weddings require more than one vehicle. A wedding party of 10, immediate family in separate vehicles, VIP guests, and the couple themselves — that’s multiple cars moving in coordination.
We do this regularly. Before the wedding day, we work with you (or your wedding coordinator) to map out the timing, the locations, and which vehicle is responsible for which passengers.
On the day itself, our drivers are in communication with each other to ensure everything runs in sync.
If a ceremony runs 20 minutes long, we know. We adjust. Your guests aren’t standing outside waiting for a car that showed up at the wrong time.
If your wedding celebration includes Spanish-speaking family members particularly older relatives or guests traveling from Mexico, Central America, or South America bilingual transportation is a meaningful detail. Our team is fully fluent in English and Spanish. Drivers can communicate with guests in Spanish, confirm addresses, answer questions, and make the experience comfortable for guests who might otherwise feel uncertain navigating Los Angeles in a language they don’t speak. For families where the wedding blends cultures and languages, this isn’t a small thing. It’s one less moment where someone feels lost or left out.
We allow simple decorations that don’t damage the vehicle interior or exterior — ribbons, a small “Just Married” sign, floral arrangements that sit rather than being attached. We ask that you discuss any planned decorations with us in advance so we can confirm what works for the specific vehicle.
With hourly service, there’s no penalty for the day running long. Additional time beyond your booking is simply charged at the same $85/hour rate. We build in flexibility specifically because wedding days don’t always follow the script.
Our Chevrolet Suburbans seat up to 6 passengers each. The Chevrolet Traverse and Lincoln MKT seat up to 5–6 as well, depending on luggage. For a wedding party larger than 6, we coordinate multiple vehicles.
Yes. We can deploy multiple vehicles from our fleet simultaneously. We’ll coordinate the timing and assignments so all vehicles are synchronized. For very large parties, let us know the total number of guests needing transportation and we’ll advise on the best configuration.
They can, but we recommend coordinating post-reception transportation through us to avoid guests competing for rideshares at the same time. We can stage a vehicle at the venue for late-night returns.
Absolutely. If you have a wedding planner or day-of coordinator, we’re happy to coordinate directly with them. Providing a single point of contact for transportation logistics usually makes things smoother for everyone.
Yes. Our team is fully bilingual in English and Spanish. If your family or guests are more comfortable in Spanish, we’ll ensure the communication is seamless throughout the day.
