Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance should I book wedding transportation?

As early as possible — ideally 2 to 3 months in advance for popular wedding dates (April through June, September through November). Saturday and Sunday evenings book fastest. The sooner you lock in vehicles and drivers, the better.

We allow simple decorations that don’t damage the vehicle interior or exterior — ribbons, a small “Just Married” sign, floral arrangements that sit rather than being attached. We ask that you discuss any planned decorations with us in advance so we can confirm what works for the specific vehicle.

With hourly service, there’s no penalty for the day running long. Additional time beyond your booking is simply charged at the same $85/hour rate. We build in flexibility specifically because wedding days don’t always follow the script.

Our Chevrolet Suburbans seat up to 6 passengers each. The Chevrolet Traverse and Lincoln MKT seat up to 5–6 as well, depending on luggage. For a wedding party larger than 6, we coordinate multiple vehicles.

Yes. We can deploy multiple vehicles from our fleet simultaneously. We’ll coordinate the timing and assignments so all vehicles are synchronized. For very large parties, let us know the total number of guests needing transportation and we’ll advise on the best configuration.

They can, but we recommend coordinating post-reception transportation through us to avoid guests competing for rideshares at the same time. We can stage a vehicle at the venue for late-night returns.

Absolutely. If you have a wedding planner or day-of coordinator, we’re happy to coordinate directly with them. Providing a single point of contact for transportation logistics usually makes things smoother for everyone.

Yes. Our team is fully bilingual in English and Spanish. If your family or guests are more comfortable in Spanish, we’ll ensure the communication is seamless throughout the day.
