Absolutely, and this is one of the most common situations we handle. We can meet your guest at LAX arrivals with a name sign, handle their luggage, and take them directly to wherever they need to go — a hotel in Beverly Hills, a home in Bel Air, a meeting in DTLA. If your guest speaks Spanish, our bilingual team can communicate in Spanish throughout.
For point-to-point trips, there’s a $100 base rate plus $4/mile. For hourly as-directed service, the minimum is 5 hours at $85/hour. There’s no minimum number of trips required — you can book once or a hundred times.
No. Our pricing is flat-rate and does not change based on demand, time of day, day of the week, or special events. What we quote you is what you pay, period.
Our Chevrolet Suburbans have significant cargo space — typically handling multiple large suitcases without difficulty, even with 6 passengers. If you have an unusually large amount of luggage or special equipment (golf clubs, instruments, medical equipment), let us know when you book and we’ll make sure the right vehicle is assigned.
We do our best to accommodate driver preferences for clients with ongoing needs. If you’ve had a particularly good experience with a specific driver and want to request them for future trips, mention it when you book and we’ll do what we can.
