How many vehicles do we need for a quinceañera?
It depends on the size of the court and how many family members need transportation. A typical quinceañera court of 14 (7 damas + 7 chambelanes) plus immediate family would require at least 3 vehicles from our fleet. We’ll help you figure out the right number based on your total headcount.
Can the quinceañera be the only passenger in her vehicle?
Absolutely — and many families prefer this. Having la quinceañera in her own vehicle means she arrives separately, in her own moment. It’s also more practical for managing the dress.
Can you decorate the vehicles?
We allow simple, non-damaging decorations — ribbons, a small floral arrangement, a sign. We ask that you discuss specific decoration plans with us in advance so we can confirm what works for the vehicle being used.
Do you speak Spanish?
Yes, completely. JM Transportation Services is fully bilingual in English and Spanish. Your family can communicate with us in whichever language is most comfortable, from the initial booking through the day of the event.
What if the church ceremony runs longer than expected?
With hourly service, timing flexibility is built in. If the ceremony or Mass runs long — which happens — your driver waits. There’s no penalty, and the schedule simply adjusts from that point forward.
Can you handle the route from the church to the park for photos, then to the reception hall?
Yes. Multi-stop itineraries are standard for quinceañeras. Just give us the list of locations when you book, and we’ll map out the sequence with your driver ahead of time.
How far in advance should we book?
As early as possible — ideally 2 to 3 months before the date, especially for Saturday events. Quinceañeras often fall on Saturdays in the spring and fall, which are our busiest booking periods.
What happens if someone in the court needs to be picked up from a different address?
Not a problem. Multi-pickup routes are something we coordinate regularly. Just let us know the addresses and the order when you call, and we’ll build it into the plan.
