Terms & Conditions

JM Transportation Service

Effective Date: March 30, 2026

1. Services Overview

JM Transportation Service provides pre-scheduled, private luxury transportation services including, but not limited to:

  • Airport transfers (LAX, BUR, LGB, etc.)
  • Executive transportation
  • Event transportation (weddings, quinceañeras, corporate events)
  • Hourly chauffeur services

All services are pre-booked only. We do not operate as a rideshare or on-demand service.

2. Booking & Reservations

  • All reservations must be made in advance via phone, website, or email.
  • A reservation is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation message from JM Transportation Service.
  • We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking at our discretion.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Pricing is based on service type, time, distance, and vehicle availability.
  • Hourly services require a minimum booking (typically 3–5 hours depending on service type).
  • A deposit or full payment may be required to secure your reservation.

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Credit/Debit Cards
  • Zelle / Bank Transfer
  • Other approved payment methods

Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the service.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24–48 hours in advance (depending on the service booked).
  • Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee or full charge.
  • No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

5. Wait Time & Delays

  • Airport pickups include a complimentary wait time (typically 30–60 minutes depending on service).
  • Additional waiting time will be billed at the hourly rate.
  • For hourly bookings, time begins at the scheduled pickup time, not arrival time.

JM Transportation Service is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Traffic conditions
  • Weather
  • Flight delays or cancellations
  • Road closures or unforeseen circumstances

6. Passenger Conduct

To maintain a safe and professional environment:

  • No illegal activities are permitted inside the vehicle.
  • No smoking, vaping, or drug use.
  • Alcohol consumption may be allowed only when compliant with local laws.

Any damage to the vehicle caused by passengers will be charged to the client.

7. Vehicle Use & Capacity

  • Each vehicle has a maximum passenger capacity (typically up to 6 passengers).
  • Exceeding capacity is strictly prohibited for safety reasons.
  • Luggage limits must be respected based on vehicle type.

8. Liability Disclaimer

JM Transportation Service is committed to providing safe and reliable transportation; however:

  • We are not liable for missed flights, appointments, or events due to delays outside our control.
  • We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or forgotten personal belongings.
  • Clients assume responsibility for their own schedules and timing.

9. Service Modifications

  • Any changes to a reservation must be requested in advance.
  • Last-minute changes may not be accommodated or may incur additional fees.

10. Third-Party Services

In some cases, JM Transportation Service may coordinate with third-party drivers or vehicles.
All services will still be managed under our standards, but availability may vary.

11. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected (name, phone, email, payment details) is used strictly for:

  • Booking and communication
  • Service fulfillment
  • Customer support

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

12. Agreement to Terms

By booking or using JM Transportation Service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
